OmniCure® LX400 Controller NEW
The OmniCure® LX400 UV LED Spot Curing System utilizes the highest power and most reliable LED technology in one of the smallest form factor currently available for UV adhesive curing. The OmniCure® LX400 controller can operate four UV LED Heads independently or simultaneously, each of a different wavelength (UV LED Heads available in 365nm, 385nm and 400nm). This is unique to the OmniCure® LX400 controller, setting it apart from other UV LED bonding systems available today. This enables it to accommodate more applications.
With patented Intelli-Lamp® technology applied to the LED head design, LED temperature and lamp life are monitored allowing for an optimized life guarantee of 10,000 hours of operation, or three years.

Features |
Benefits |
| 9,500mW/cm² Maximum Irradiance (with the 385nm UV LED Head) |
Gives highest power that UV LED technology offers for high speed adhesive curing applications or for curing larger spots applications. |
| UV LED Heads are available in 3 different wavelengths, 365nm, 385nm and 405nm |
Will accommodate more of today's current adhesives to maximize selection or minimize changes to your existing process. |
| Controls up to Four UV LED Heads Simultaneously with a single connection or independently |
System is easily configured to simultaneously cure four of the same or four unique applications for greater production efficiency. |
| Each Head Can be Set for Different Exposure Times and Irradiance Levels in 1% Increments |
Precisely set the UV Light exposure Required for the UV Curing Application. |
| Reliable and Easy-to-Use Design |
Front panel controls do not require extensive operator training or system downtime. |
| Small Footprint |
Easily used as a standalone solution or embedded into automated manufacturing lines and equipment. Extra cooling of the unit or environment is not required. |
| Energy Efficient and Environmentally Friendly |
Consumes 80% less power when compared to a UV arc lamp spot curing system (less than 80VA when operating four LED heads at full power). |
| Adherence to Category Safety Standards |
RoHS compliant and meets CE requirements. |
